Administrative Plan/Procedures Manual for NHRP

Neptune Township was awarded $150,000 in rehabilitation grant funding for the Neighborhood Housing Rehabilitation Program Midtown target area. The NJ Department of Community Affairs has promulgated procedures and requirements for administration of grant funding. The Township Committee adopted such a plan at the June 9, 2008 Township meeting.

The NHRP manual for the Bradley Park section is currently under review.
