The Midtown Urban Renaissance Corporation is involved with a few major projects in Neptune Township's Midtown Community.
The biggest of these projects is the West Lake Avenue Revitalization Project. This project will see over two hundred and fifty neighborhood affordable units erected on a street that was ravaged by decades of political and social neglect. CityWorks, the designated redeveloper and MURC's partner in this project, will create an ecologically, transportation, pedestrian, and community-friendly neighborhood. This neighborhood will become one of Neptune's major economic engines as well as a center for social events, as it once was...
